We are looking for an experienced outbound telemarketer with a minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience to assist us in following up with leads and contacts. You will be calling people who own a home that has expired on the Multiple Listing Service and people who have been designated the administrator of an estate.

Our Problem:

We have an overflow of leads and prospects that we have sent helpful information to and need help with following up by phone to ensure that the information has been received and whether there is motivation to sell or buy property.

Our unique approach includes our desire to help as many Sellers, Buyers and Real Estate Agents become empowered through simple plans that educate and guide them through the what-to-do steps to be successful.

Location:

Denver Metro Area based applicant preferred.

Part Time to Full Time:

It’s important to know that this is an opportunity to help work on the growth of an established and successful business, however, it’s also an opportunity to grow your own consistent business starting part time and growing to full time within that structure.

NOTE:

You will be working directly with the Broker-Owner and Top-Producer Tonyeil Spencer and her on an already existing business to assist in its growth.

Duties of the Real Estate Telemarketer:
  • Follow Conversion Management Best Practices We Have Clearly Defined
  • Lead/ProspectManagement – Determine Timing & Motivation, Nurture Relationships with Buyer & Sellers
  • Assist In Downloading/Uploading Contacts From All Sources
  • Internalize our Buyer & Seller Course Content in order to help educate Buyers and Sellers through the process of buying or selling a home.
  • Administration tasks
  • Mailing market evaluations to Sellers
  • Respond to lead & prospect inquiries
  • Position The Company As A Professional Real Estate Resource
  • Determine Timing For Prospects (Prospect: Timing & Motivation Is Known)
  • Assign All Prospects & Appointments To Executive Sales Administrator
  • Determine If Contact Should Be Marked For Further Follow Up Or Deletion
  • Commit To Training & Following Scripts, Outlines & Questionnaires
  • Manually Dial To Create As Many Connects/Conversations As Possible Per Shift
  • Use Dialer To Create As Many Connects/Conversations As Possible Per Shift

Weekly Stipend* – Plus Commission/Bonus:

  • 100K-150K Gross Commission = (9%)
  • 150K-200K Gross Commission = (10%)
  • 200K-250K Gross Commission = (11%)
  • 250K- 300K Gross Commission= (12%)
  • 300K-350K Gross Commission= (13%)
  • 350K-400K Gross Commission = (14%)
  • 400K-450K Gross Commission= (15%)
  • 450K-500K Gross Commission = (16%) *Caps at (16%)
