Become Acquainted with Kim Armstrong:
Although I grew up in the Midwest, I have lived in Colorado for over 25 years and consider it my
home. I fell in love with the mountains and haven’t looked back. I am a wife and a mom of 3
children and 2 dogs. I have a passion for helping others. Before I had my family, I enjoyed the
privilege of being a Hospice volunteer providing comfort and care for those at the end of their
lives. More recently, we moved my father-in-law who had Alzheimer’s into our home where I
cared for him for 5 years until his recent passing. I did a tremendous amount of research to
provide him with excellent care. For those facing the same situation, I am glad to provide tips
and resources to help make it easier on you and your loved one.
For many years, I was an IT professional after I earned a degree in Computer Information
Systems and another in Business Management. This enhanced my problem-solving skills which
I will put to work for you in helping you find the home of your dreams. When I was 26, I bought
my first home on my own and have had a passion for home ownership ever since. I believe
strongly in the stability and financial benefits that home ownership provides and would be
honored to make your dreams of home ownership come true.
What Would Your Perfect Room Look Like?
Serene! My perfect room would have Himalayan salt lamps with soft lighting and an essential oil diffuser. The walls would be a warm color with comfortable furniture and hardwood floors. There would be a bid window that lets in natural light and sheer curtains floating on a light breeze.
What would be the most amazing adventure to go on?
I’ve already checked this off of my bucket list with a parasailing trip in 2018. I’m afraid of heights and wanted to challenge myself and conquer my fear of heights. The experience was so unreal, peaceful and beautiful!
What’s your favorite place to eat in Colorado and why?
I like Yak and Yeti. I love Indian cuisine. Chicken Tikka Masala and Naan bread are two of my favorites.
What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?
Are there flying cars yet?
