Parker is a town rich in Colorado history. Established in 1882, Parker is the second largest town in Douglas County. In recent years, Parker has become known as a commuter town at the southeastern edge of the Denver Metro area and has seen spectacular growth as such. Parker is currently the 19th most populous municipality in the state of Colorado. Much of Parker’s rich history can still be seen at the Twenty Mile House, Tallman-Newlin Cabin and Historical Main Street.
Parker currently has about 250 acres of developed parkland and more than 900 acres or open space. It is also home to the Parker Arts, Culture and Events Center (PACE) which is host to a large venue of art classes, theatre productions and concerts. Main street is a central attraction within the city and boasts many restaurants, eateries, shops, and local businesses.
Tonyeil worked with us over many months, throughout the summer season, and in a sellers market. We looked at many houses, in various parts of town, with scheduling challenges due to the tough market for buyers (houses would have multiple offers above listing price before we had a chance to even look). Tonyeil gave us terrific support an advice throughout the entire process. And yes, we finally bought a house,user7526663
